Role: Accenture Platform Support New Associate
Accenture is a trusted, innovative partner to leading platform companies. Our Trust and Safety offering within Accenture Operations helps keep the internet safe and supports platform companies in accelerating, scaling, and improving their businesses. As a content moderator, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality and safety of online content while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that contributes to a safer internet, though it can also be challenging. Moderators may be exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious).
Role and Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
- Primarily interact with your team and direct supervisor.
- Follow detailed instructions for all tasks.
- Decisions impact your own work and are closely supervised.
