Role and Responsibility

As a Flipkart Trainer, you will:

• Excel in video content training
• Demonstrate proficiency in various content creation tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite, Articulate, Powtoon, Vyond, and Adobe After Effect.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Flipkart Trainer position, you should possess:

• Proficiency in Excel with daily used formulas
• Strong content delivery skills
• Experience in new hire training and on-floor training OJT

Desirable skills include an intent to work and content creation knowledge on PPT, video, and GIF forms.
