Position Overview:
As a member of our Customer Support Group, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests for Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services division. Utilizing a business intelligence approach, you will engage with clients through various contact channels to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including 24×7 rotational shifts, to support clients across different regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice-based phone service and other contact channels.
- Manage tickets, prioritize urgency, categorize issues, and track ticket status to ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and analysis to support customers effectively.
- Deliver services as per customer expectations, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Leverage AI BOT technology to enhance the customer experience and streamline issue resolution.
- Handle email communication efficiently and minimize hops between support and customers.
- Maintain knowledge base and contribute to resolving customer issues effectively.
- Support customers across various industries including Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Troubleshoot internet-related issues and perform tasks such as password reset and session management.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Basic computing skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and night shifts.
- Openness to relocate to any location as per business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Completed any 3-year diploma or graduation in 2023.
