Role and Responsibilities
As a Meesho Learning and Development Intern, you will:
- Work closely with supervisors to maintain data integrity in the Learning tool.
- Prepare reports and dashboards based on specific metrics defined by the team.
- Perform day-to-day business as usual (BAU) tasks with the help of trainers.
- Prepare training-related data and follow up with internal stakeholders to clear pending tasks.
- Assist the Trainer and L&D team by undertaking spillover work.
- Revamp training content and expedite the launch of LMS (Learning Management System) and KMS (Knowledge Management System).
