Madras high court says wear diapers NEET exam : In a recent landmark decision, the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has granted permission for a 19-year-old NEET (UG) aspirant to take her exam while wearing an adult diaper. The court, under the direction of Justice G R Swaminathan, acknowledged the unique medical needs of the petitioner, who suffers from LETM/NMO/Spectrum Disorder/Neurogenic Bladder as a result of a childhood accident.

The petitioner, who has been under treatment for her condition on an outpatient basis, requires continuous use of diapers due to her lack of bladder control. Her doctor has attested to this medical necessity, emphasizing the need for frequent changes during exam hours.
